How does the credit system work?

The $125 trial is a one-time flat fee, separate from the credit system. Credits apply to monthly plans only.

One credit = one deliverable unit.

  • 1 credit → 1 long-form video edit + thumbnail (together)
  • 1 credit → 2 short-form clips

Starter (4 credits): 4 long-form edits with thumbnails per month, or any combination of long-form and Shorts.

Growth (8 credits): 8 long-form edits with thumbnails, or mix in Shorts — e.g. 4 long-form + 8 Shorts.

Content Partner (16 credits): full production partner — 16 long-form with thumbnails, or your preferred mix.

Credits reset monthly and do not roll over.

What does the workflow actually look like?

Simple. You shoot from your office — phone or webcam works fine.

  • Upload raw footage to a private cloud workspace — Google Drive (encrypted in transit and at rest) for trials and early retainer work, with the option to upgrade to Frame.io for clients who prefer timestamped frame-by-frame review.
  • I edit it and return your polished video within 3–5 business days.
  • You give feedback. Revisions match your plan — 2 on Starter, 3 on Growth, unlimited on Content Partner.
  • Final files delivered ready to publish.

No on-site crews. No scheduling calls around editing sessions. The only time you need to spend is roughly 15 minutes reviewing the draft.

How do you handle confidential content?

NDA signed before any footage transfer.

I work post-production only — I never touch raw client data, case files, or patient records. Only your scripted talking-head and screen recording footage.

Footage transfers via encrypted cloud workspaces — Google Drive (encrypted in transit and at rest) by default, with Frame.io available for clients who require timestamped frame-by-frame review (the standard for legal and medical post-production globally). DPA available on request for practices with specific compliance requirements.

Free if you don't love it.

100% refund on the $125 trial within 14 days — no questions, no negotiation. The only thing I lose is time, and you keep the polished video either way.
